Refund Policy

1. Effective Period

Our return policy is effective for 30 dayssince you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Extended Holiday Return Period:

For any orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, unused and unopened items will receive an additional 30 daysto be returned.

Please note:Return requests for orders received and delivered after the applicable 30-day period (or the extended period for holiday orders) will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If the applicable period has passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

2. How to Request a Return/Refund

To request a return or refund, please send an email to ledaoxingji@outlook.comwith the following information:

Your full name

Order number

Item description

Reason for your return

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Product and Image Description

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photos may differ slightly from the actual item in terms of color due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays.

5. Responsibilities

Our Responsibility (Issues due to our error):

Faulty Product:If the product has a manufacturing defect. (Please note: This does not include custom pickleball paddle orders if the original artwork we received from the customer included defects).

Wrong Item Sent:If we send you the wrong product, color, or size.

Damage/Loss in Transit:Items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, or packages lost during shipment (see processes in Sections 8 &9 below).

If a problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

Your Responsibility (Issues due to customer error):

Incorrectly Provided Address:We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Item Ordered:Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size, color, quantity, etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you selected. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes, and a refund will not be granted.

Incorrect Artwork Provided:Refunds will not be granted if the customer submitted artwork that includes defects or inconsistencies. We are not responsible for any defects that occur due to incorrect artwork. We will produce each custom paddle exactly according to the original artwork provided by the customer. By approving the mock-up, the client agrees that they have provided the correct and final artwork to us.

6. Return / Exchange Process

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us.

Exchange Request Instructions:

1. Take Photos:Take clear photos of the problem. If the issue is related to size, please include a ruler in the photo for scale.

2. Send Email:Send an email to ledaoxingji@outlook.comwith the subject line: Order #[Your Order Number] - Replacement Request.

3. Include Details:In your email, please include:

The photo(s)

A specific description of the issue

Your Order Number. If there are multiple products in the order, please clearly identify the product with the issue.

Our support team will respond within 1 business dayand provide you with detailed return instructions.

7. Delivery Guarantee &Address

We guarantee delivery of all orders under normal circumstances. Replacement items will be shipped to the original shipping address listed at the time the original order was placed.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

Items received that are defective or damaged (and the damage is not due to customer error as outlined in Section 5) will be replaced with the same item free of charge.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at our support email.

10. Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipment, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim on your behalf. Once the claim is approved and we are refunded by the shipping carrier, we will provide you with a full refund or send out a replacement order.

11. Special Terms for Custom Paddle Orders

Once a custom pickleball paddle order is paid in full, we are unable to change the quantity or provide refunds.All custom orders will be produced strictly according to the artwork and designs provided to us by the customer.
